From Endless Abyss:

Hatogaya, a man who loved baseball and yet left it, is set up to take the fall for his company and gets sent to prison. A high-school principal and his former coach--whose school is about to lose its baseball program--bails Hatogaya out. But, in exchange for getting him out of jail, he has to coach the schools not-so-great baseball team.

It's interesting to see the difference between a shounen and a seinen sport manga. This one is a seinen, meaning the main character is an adult, thinking and struggling with adult challenges and solutions, aware about some people's real life nasty behaviour! Also I really like how the baseball game theory is being developped here, based on psychology! A few things to learn here... ;-)
