Summary:
Vampires exist. It is the duty of Hellsing, an organization sponsored by the British government, to hide that frightening fact and protect the blissfully unaware populace. Along with its own personal army, Hellsing also has a few secret weapons. Alucard, an incredibly powerful vampire, has been controlled by Hellsing for years. Although he dislikes being a servant to the Hellsing family, he certainly enjoys his job as HellsingÂ’s vampire exterminator. Seras is a fledgling vampire and a former police woman. Although reluctant to embrace her new self, she is still a valuable member of the organization. Integra Hellsing, the current leader, is usually fully capable of fulfilling her duty, but lately, vampire activity has been on the rise. Unfortunately, the cause is more alarming than anything she could have imagined. A group long thought dead has been plotting in secret since their apparent destruction over 50 years ago. Plotting to plunge England, and perhaps the entire world, into war.

Amazing artwork, wonderful characters, great story, perfect villains, and it never disappoints. Ultimately, this is the perfect example of a sennin manga done right. The hero is a wonderful case of an anti-hero that has flaws, he doesn't fight for any side except for his master, and ultimately proves to be more mysterious than anything else in the manga. Some might find him a tadbit overpowered, but he doesn't show his hand all at once, and even he has his moments of nearly losing to the great antagonists. Ultimately, he shows that even the (read more)

I really enjoy manga and this is one of my favorites! They haven't had any new releases recently but it is definitely worth checking out. The story is mainly based on a vampire named Alucard who is basically the best vampire ever and pretty much just destroys anyone or anything that he comes into contact with. 5 burgers.

Same as Gantz this manga has one of the most violent scenes in every chapter, what i like about this is that i'm a big fan of vampire genre movies, comics etc.. The vampire here is one of the most powerful i've ever seen so far, making him almost immortal, yet his loyalty to his master is unrivaled. Great fights, great story, extreme violence, bloodthirsty vampires that could can give you chills
